I switched to them thinking they were a caring company considering their whole marketing is about giving back. (1% to causes but in comparison with what Comcast/Xfinity does, 1% seems even punier.) When the cost of using Credo was no longer cheaper or better I switched to Xfinity.

I honestly forgot about the last bill from Credo because when you move from one carrier to another, there isn't anything for one to do with the old carrier other than pay the last bill, I fully expected to get a last bill from Credo in the mail as Verizon did when I moved from them to Credo. Or a text or a courtesy phone call but all I got were two emails that I had no idea I had because they got dumped into my Promotions inbox along with the PLETHORA of other emails Credo sends. Who looks in that much?! That's all they did, send me two freaking emails and then they sent my account to a collections agency WITHOUT THE COURTESY OF A TEXT OR CALL!!

They cost me hard on my credit score, this is the first time in a decade it's below 800.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Credo needs to contact the credit bureaus and tell them they should NOT have sent my account into collections because they didn't BOTHER to give me the courtesy of effort in communicating my status to me..

CREDO Mobile Cons: Lack of customer service response, Cancellation policy.
