Never use Credo Mobile! I have spent hours on the phone with their non service reps.

They put you on hold, never resolve your problems. Promise to call or email you but never do. Save yourself aggravation and deal with a mobile company you can actually talk to someone face to face. Carrier with a conscience?

Not with their customers! They could care less about you. Been dealing with them almost a year and problem not resolved. First they spend hours telling you to try this and try that.

Talk to supervisors to no avail. Listen to them blame Verizon networks. Then they say it’s your phone that they supplied. Go to the Apple store to have them diagnose a problem that’s not there.

THEN they say send us $200 and we’ll send you a phone that will probably have the same problem. Run, run, run away as fast as you can!
