May 21, 2017. CREDO would/could not transfer data to 2 new phones supplied by CREDO (with 2 new accounts) over a 2 day period.

Customer service offered various ways to transfer our data, that never worked. Their suggestions were false, go to Apple Store, etc. Apple could not. Ultimately, VERIZON former network, did it in 10 minutes on 2 phones.

Also, I can no longer use email with my phone, despite the fact the email service double checked my email/phone set up entries. The message is "your network (CREDO) cannot connect to email server," now over a 3 day period. Joined CREDO for its programs supporting progressive causes.

The company, otherwise is not well run. Stuck with it for 2 years- if VERIZON will not reinstate me, buying out their contract.
