Before phone even had SIM card, which would not fit, Debbie in Customer Service activated port transfer, leaving me with no phone. They then turned their back on me, telling me to go back to my previous provider.

In short, IMPOSSIBLE since Credo had my number on their port. I have never been so ill-treated nor had such a customer service in my life. If they won't release my phone number of 15+ years, I have to get a new number. I cannot get my number to work on my old provider because it is held hostage by Credo.

I am returning phone because I could not get SIM card they sent me to fit (most companies put SIM card in before shipment), but the mistake by Debbie is permanent I guess.

Credo will not transfer back to my original cell port. DO NOT SWITCH to Credo if you want Customer Service that is at least mediocre.

Reason of review: took my phone port prematurely. number ร bove can't be reached because Credo STOLE it by *** error.

Monetary Loss: $36.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
