Credo is attempting to charge me for a phone I returned. I sent them the UPS Tracking number, the name of the person at their warehouse who received it. Their "investigation"is taking months. Meanwhile, my credit rating is in jeopardy.

Also, they sent me a phone when I signed up. Had issues. Within two weeks of the 30-day period to return/exchange at no charge, I reported the problems, ordered new phone. They sent me new phone...WITH A RESTOCKING FEE ATTACHED, which goes against the contract. By the time, they realized and admitted mistake, I was past the 30-day period and they told me to take it up with Apple, that they weren't responsible. After HOURS on the phone and multiple calls, they finally realized that since I reported issues within 30 days, that they messed up by attempting to charge me for the exchange, and finally sent me a new phone. But this was a MASSIVE waste of my time.

NOW, I am suddenly using data at a rate I have NEVER used before. I mean, I turned off a ton of stuff, and I am using data faster. I am no newbie to cellular operations. Something is very wrong on their end...except for the profit they are making on me.

NEVER, EVER, EVER have I experienced this level of bad service...from ANYwhere. This is either an wildly incompetently run company, or the cellular provider version of Wells Fargo.

I cannot leave this company fast enough and I urge EVERYONE to stay away from Credo. They used to be good. Now they MAJORLY suck.

Reason of review: I am being charge for a phone I returned, and this is on top of the worst customer service I have experienced in...well, I cannot remember the last time I experienced such a negative service..

Monetary Loss: $549.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I agree Credo is a predatory company that is essentially a wolf in sheeps clothing. They claim they below if social justice, but prey on their own customers through intentional misunderstandings and intentional incompetency.

There is NO WAY they are making honest mistakes, it is fully intentional and malicious.

I like the premise of the company that they claimed to be socially responsible but they must first be responsible for their conduct and actions. They are no doubt tanking themselves through their actions.
